Today (Monday, April 27) is the last day to register for the SNHBA/NSA Membership Networking Breakfast: What Construction Defect Reform Means to Your Business.
This year the Nevada Legislature passed a historic reform of Nevada’s construction defect (Chapter 40) laws. This reform will have a major impact on every developer, homebuilder, contractor, subcontractor and supplier in the construction industry.
The Nevada Subcontractors Association and the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association are pleased to present a complimentary Membership Networking Breakfast, featuring a panel of esteemed speakers, who will discuss the industry’s recent victory at the Nevada Legislature to make significant reforms to Chapter 40. The breakfast meeting is scheduled for 7:30 a.m., Thursday, April 30 at the Orleans Hotel and Casino.
Though the meeting is free and open to members of the NSA and SNHBA, an RSVP is required to attend. Please RSVP through the event link listed below, with your contact information. (***Note- please make sure to include YOUR email address and contact information, not the NSA email address that automatically fills in the registration form.)
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the NSA’s Business Development Manager. If you do plan to attend you MUST register through the link. Also, if you do register, please plan to attend as this is a complimentary event offered to our NSA members and SNHBA co-host members, and we will need the proper guest count to provide to the venue before the event.
