The Nevada Subcontractors Association is pleased to welcome Nevada Assemblyman Derek Armstrong to our Summer NSA Membership Luncheon. Assemblyman Armstrong will provide an in-depth look into Senate Bill 483, also referred to as the Governor’s tax plan, and will describe how it will affect our industry.

Assemblyman Derek Armstrong is the Chairman of the Nevada Assembly Committee on Taxation and represents District 21. He is a founding partner in the law firm of Arlint & Armstrong, practicing tax and business law. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Armstrong is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He graduated from UNLV with a bachelor’s degree in economics before earning his law degree from UNLV’s Boyd Law School.
