OFFICE ADMINISTRATION POSITION
Construction company looking for the right professional to run our busy office. Successful candidate must be highly organized, able to manage time, delegate tasks and be proficient with standard accounting practices as well as MS Office. QuickBooks experience a plus.
Duties include answering phones, setting appointments, managing multiple calendars, project setup, cost tracking, A/R and A/P.
Salary is negotiable and depends on experience.
