The Nevada Subcontractors Association is going to help your planning and preparation for the upcoming year with our Winter Membership Meeting “Commercial Real Estate 2014: What’s to Come”.

The final weeks of 2013 will reveal a lot about what 2014 could have in store for the commercial real estate sector. This meeting will be an interesting and informative panel discussion featuring real estate insiders from several different sectors of the market who will offer their industry predictions for 2014.

The panel is scheduled to include:

Dan Doherty, Colliers International – Industrial Properties, new players in the market and demand drivers.
Cathy Jones, Sun Commercial Real Estate – Office Properties, what is selling and to whom.
Josh Smith, Colliers International – Gaming Properties and new projects/players on the Strip.
Brian Sorrentino, ROI Commercial Real Estate – Retail Properties, new developments on the retail front.

This meeting will also include a special presentation as the NSA will recognize and honor out-going President Louis Polish, Jr.

The NSA and Framing Contractors Association Winter Membership Meeting will be at 11:15, December 11, 2013 in the 2nd Floor Conference Center of the Eastside Cannery (5255 Boulder Highway).
