Don’t miss Project Vegas Nights, the 3rd annual anniversary celebration benefitting Project 150. Held Friday, December 12, 2014 from 7-11 pm at Zappos Plaza, this event promises a great time to support a very worthwhile organization.
Project Vegas Nights features a silent auction and raffle, an indoor/outdoor cocktail party with hors d’oeuvres, Vegas-style table games, DJ and dancing, and a step-n-repeat photo opportunity. Special guest singer, musician and entertainer Tommy Ward and Orchestra will also be performing at Project Vegas Nights.
Project 150 is a great cause, supported by the NSA and many NSA members. It is a nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless high school students in Las Vegas. Project 150 provides food, clothing, school supplies, toiletries and other necessities to over 1,500 students at 38 high schools in the Las Vegas valley.
Tickets for the event are $150 and can be purchased at www.Project150.org. The deadline for RSVPs for Project Vegas Nights is December 3, 2014. Please contact NSA Business Development Manager Rebecca Holmstrom for further information about Project Vegas Nights or other ways you and/or your business can help Project 150.
The NSA and many NSA member companies have supported Project 150 and its past projects through a variety of special events and donations. We helped to sponsor a Project 150 job fair for high school students. NSA members have collected items for the organization and contributed vehicles and personnel to deliver and transport these and other items. The NSA also hosts Project 150 at our luncheons and other events.
The construction industry and subcontractors in Nevada are always ready to step up to help a worthy cause. As many NSA members have discovered, Project 150 is a great cause. And Project Vegas is a great way to support it.
