Company Information: Subcontractor in Metal Studs, Drywall, Paint, and Acoustical Ceiling Tiles. Family owned business for over 70 years. Offices are located in Phoenix, AZ, Salt Lake City, UT and Las Vegas, NV.

Job Details: Estimating position is for our Las Vegas Office. Permanent, long term career. Monday-Friday Job Schedule. Salary is negotiable dependent on qualifications. Insurance and benefits provided.

Estimator Description: Estimator will be responsible for: Gathering quantities from construction plans using OST software, Inputting quantities into spreadsheets (excel) for analyzing and pricing, Communicating with General Contractors to generate our bid proposals for various projects, Attend meetings with General Contractors for scope reviews regarding bid proposals, Create and maintain relationships with various General Contractors.

Estimator Qualities: We are more interested in finding the right person rather than a person with the right qualifications. Experience is not necessary but needs to be capable of learning quickly. Must have good people skills with an ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to meet deadlines. Needs to be detail oriented and good at problem solving.
