Job Description: Position will be responsible for analyzing blueprints and using construction estimating software to provide team with concrete quantities/items for bidding both residential and commercial projects.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Download plans and specifications from various servers
• Upload plans to OST (On-Screen Takeoff) estimating software
• Analyze and interpret product call out according to specifications from civil, architectural and structural plans
• Work with estimator and other team members to deliver quantities for bids
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
• Ability to comprehend construction plans and drawings
• Working knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff or other construction takeoff software is a plus
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently

Pay/Benefits:
