Ahern Rentals is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our outside sales team in growing company sales and maintaining our current customer base. Previous experience with or knowledge of construction equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, lawnmower, power washers, etc.) is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customers’ questions about products and their application, availability, schedule rentals, rental call offs and service calls over the phone and via e-mail
- Manage accounts of existing customer base
- Resolve customer problems and concerns
- Answer customer inquiries regarding new/existing contracts
- Support Outside Sales Team
- Perform basic clerical duties including data entry and filing
- Other duties, as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- Call center or equipment rental experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, typing skills a must
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Good time management and organizational/multi tasking skills a must
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
- Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)
