Charles Schultz has over 20 years of progressive management success, with a background that spans the highest levels of financial management in the banking and consumer finance industry in addition to executive officer roles impacting operational performance and financial stability for a variety of market-leading corporations.
Charles serves as a board member with the Turnaround Management Association-Nevada. He is on the Nevada Advisory Board for the Credit Management Association, and is a member of RMA – Risk Management Association.
Karin Schultz has a strong background in executive support, administrative and legal assistance, and customer relations. She has worked with small, up-and-coming firms, as well as large, well-established organizations. For the past 11 years, Karin served as executive assistant to the superintendent in a large Midwest public school system. Previously, she worked as an analyst and executive assistant with an undercapitalized start-up consumer finance firm. In addition, she has seven years’ experience as a legal assistant with attorneys specializing in areas ranging from personal injury and probate, to bankruptcy and corporate law.
Karin is a member of the US Green Building Council-Nevada, and West Desert LeTip.
